Born in Dayton, Ohio, Jessica attended Miami University where she received her Bachelor of Arts double majoring in Political Science and Mass Communications. After college, Jessica worked on Capitol Hill for the Chairman of the House Veterans Affairs Committee. During this time, she earned her Master of Arts in Liberal Studies from Georgetown University focusing her coursework on political theory.
Jessica then attended law school at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland. After her first year of law school, she worked as a summer extern for Federal Judge Walter H. Rice. Jessica has also earned an LLM in International Business Law from Middlesex University in London. After her admission to the Ohio Bar in 2019, Jessica returned to London where she worked as an Associate Attorney assisting in corporate acquisitions and international political risk analysis.
